Insurance agent’s job is to promote the purchase of insurance policies among local residents and companies. Many kinds of insurance, such as car, house, life, and medical, may fall under this category. In most cases, the agent will visit with the client to determine the extent of their insurance needs, give policy options and pricing, and assist the client in making an informed decision.
